This training is 90 minutes long and is designed to provide young athletes with purposeful instruction that they can immediately incorporate and emphasize within a full speed scrimmage context. The sessions are for the athlete looking to develop and elevate their basketball IQ at full speed.
The sessions will consist of 30 min. of focused instruction and then 60min of scrimmaging with an emphasis of integrating the learned skills, techniques and strategy.
Some examples of points of emphasis that will be developed are:
**Ball screen work
**Read and React Principles and movement
**Ball screen defense (hedge + Recover)
**Double team comfort
**Drive and kick intuition off circle movement
**Off ball movement
